This firm was founded to give people options. Formed in Manhattan Kansas in 2021, our approach is influenced by our ability to meet our clients where they are, without judgement. We aim to approach every case with a holistic and seasoned understanding of the law, combined with a clear and unbiased view of the legal dispute at hand.
With the recent changes to Kansas’s rules on mediation and dispute resolution, we saw an opportunity to offer another avenue our clients could explore. When litigation is the best path, we offer experienced, dedicated, and zealous representation for our clients. This said, after handling hundreds of divorces and paternity cases, it became clear that parents needed options other than litigation.
